¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp Salt
¼ Black Pepper

Basically sprinkle that little concoction onto 2 chicken breasts and cook until till its cooked… Maybe like 15 minutes… Just make sure its cooked. Its ruddy nice… I use a George Forman Grill…
