My day started weird as I felt at a loose end unable to find something that would occupy my tiny little mind. I knew that I wanted to do something creative or something that involved me making a mess with ultimately with something at the end of it.

I finally worked out that I wanted to make a cake. I’ve not made a cake in years so I had to Google a recipe. In the end I found a recipe for a coffee cake. I’ll post the recipe here later. Its a really nice cake, even if is a little bit sickly. Nice nice nice!
