I’ve just gotten back from spending the afternoon with my wife in Great Yarmouth. It started very nice with a fry up and a look in a second hand bookshop down Market Row. I like Market Row, it’s probably the most tolerable part of Great Yarmouth. So we finish down there and walk up to Game and Gamestation. For the love of God why do people insist on bringing their gosh darn children into a computer game shop. They’re just their to make a lot of noise when they’ve found some game involving the latest craze. Grrrr…. And then there’s the old people buying for the younger grandkids or whatever. I mean, they’re gonna get it wrong anyway so why send them?
We also went into the abomination that is know as Poundland. It was Hell on earth. I don’t like beirng in such close proximity to anybody I don’t know. I mean, was nearly holding hands with some random arse man. It’s really not cool. Then there’s the people with their buggies trying to navigate the narrow aisles with their screaming kids pushing past me trying to grab shit off the shelves that their parents sure as Hell aren’t going to buy them. I found some stuff I want but it’s too much for me so I ask if we can leave this Hell hole and there’s a massive queue. Not a major problem but when I’m getting pushed in the back of my legs by some whore with a pushchair I decide that I might as well wait outside before I injure someone.
Then to round of the day on a lighter note, I rescued a pigeon from a phone box. What it was doing in there I’ll never know. Not a great messenger pigeon if it has to resort to using a payphone.
Rant over.

I got a new library card today. I lost my old one. It sucks cos it meant that I couldn’t get any books out… Alas, I went to Yarmouth library and got a new one… And it only cost me a pound to get a new one. Not bad that. Well pleased. I’ve already ordered a book. Whilst I was in the library I did some song writing. I wrote a song in there before and it is probably my favourite one I’ve done so far. This new on isn’t bad. For some reason, I get good inspiration when I’m in there… I’m going to work on it a bit more later. Now going to have a coffee and watch the newly remastered Sleeping Beauty

I’m now up and about and am going to go into Great Yarmouth with the girlfriend. I’m not a big fan of Great Yarmouth but at the same time it’s the nearest place that I can buy crap etc. And get chips off the market. I’ll probably end up buying some stationary. Well I also got to go to the library ‘cos I have misplaced my card. I’ve got my old one but that’s no good. Yea, gonna be fun… Hopefully they don’t charge me too much…

They say change is as good as a rest. I do feel more rested but I’m sure this site has very little to do with it. But anyway, I digress. I’m going to the wonderful Great Yarmouth in a bit to get myself a new watch. I don’t normally wear a watch and have never really needed to. I do kinda need one now at work ‘cos I leave at a different time from other people and all that kinda thing and it sucks having to rely on someone else to tell you when it is and all that stuff. Also a pain when there are a million different tomes, running fast and slow around you. As with everything I purchase it has to meet certain criteria. If I have a watch its got to be SO accurate. Like uber accurate. Something I can set my watch to. I found one that’s not blingy so I’m happy. I might take a picture of me withe it later. Depends if I can be arsed…
Why am I sharing this with you? I think its cos I’m pleased with my new site design…
